  Overview of Week 5 Materials. Job seekers need to present themselves well by describing their skills effectively. Another important skill is asking and answering questions in a job interview. In this last week, I learn about different types of questions used in job interviews and how to answer an interview question briefly and clearly. In job interview, we can answering the questions the interviewer asks you in an honest and detailed way. Honest, because the interviewer wants to know if you are the same person you say you are in your resume and cover letter. And detailed because you want to give enough information in your responses. During an interview some questions will be direct, and some will be indirect. An example of a direct question is why are you a good fit for this job, or why do you want to work for this company.   Overview of Week 4 Materials. A job seeker needs to build relationships by meeting new people, making small talk, and describing his/her skills effectively. In this fourth week, I learn about the importance of networking and how to deliver a networking elevator speech appropriately. When we are networking, we are meeting new people and learning more about different jobs and companies. Networking is about building professional relationships, which take time to grow. When we meet new people we learn about common interests, or things we both know about. There are some common interest that may help us learn about some other things that we have in common such as major or subject areas, work experiences, or other people we both know (mutual friends/acquaintances).   Overview of Week 3 Materials. A job seeker needs to understand how to write clearly and concisely, connect one’s skills to the job description, and follow standard format guidelines. In this third week, I learn it all how to develop these skills, become familiar with the structures and format of cover letters and standard business letters. Cover letter is the third part of the application process. 3 reasons for a cover letter are as follows, A written letter shows the applicant's personal style. Explains the applicant's qualifications for the job. Formally asks for an interviewe. These are the important parts of a cover letter: Heading and Greeting .  List our name, address, phone number, email address and other ways to reach us. Many jobs expect to send a resume, or a written description of qualifications, and work experience. In this second week, I'll study the steps necessary to produce a professional-looking resume. A resume is an important document that describes our work experience, education, and skills. 3 (three) reasons we need a great resume: 1.  The first is a great resume will get the attention of the employers and show why we are a good match for the job. 2.
